MEET OUR STAFF
I started here at Columbia Christian in June of 2019. The main focus of my ministry is helping people see the glory of Jesus in the Word of God. In addition to pastoring and preaching, I also seek to minister God's Word through writing when and where the Lord gives me the opportunity. When I am not serving the church I really enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, reading, playing some blues on the guitar, or catching the occasional NBA game. “He must become greater, I must become less.” - John 3:30
Our ministry began at CCC in June 2008. I am a 2003 graduate of Kentucky Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth & Family Ministries. My wife Megan and I have a daughter named Kailyn. After graduating in 2003 we served as Associate Minister and Children’s Minister in the Northern Kentucky area. I am a Kentucky Wildcats and Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, I bowhunt, play bass guitar and enjoy Martial Arts.
Youth & Family Minister
I am the product of a Christian home, who was involved in the youth and music ministry of a church where I never declared membership. But it was at this church where I met the person who influenced me the most to go into the music ministry--my music minister. After singing under his leadership and after much prayer I set out to fulfill my career goal by completing my Music Education (BS) degree and Church Music (Masters) degree. It was while working on the later degree that I met the love of my life, my wife, Debbie. Since then, we were married, had three beautiful children, and are blessed now with four "perfect" grandchildren.
