STUDENT MINISTRIES AND SERVICE
"RAISE UP A CHILD IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO..."
We have an exciting and vibrant ministry for children of all ages! Classes, singing, activities, missions trips, and more! Below are some of the regular programs, but there are always new things on the horizon too. The Youth Minister's blog, our Facebook page, and the Events Calendar are great resources for all the latest programs and events!
WEEKLY CLASSES
Nursery -- available for infants up to 2 years old during all worship services
Wee Worship -- during Morning Worship on on Sundays, children ages 2-5 enjoy learning, fun, and games
Preschool Classes -- each Sunday and Wednesday evening, classes are offered for children ages 2-5 to learn about Christ
Elementary Classes -- each Sunday and Wednesday, for children K-6th grade to develop their faith
Jr/Sr High Classes -- each Sunday and Wednesday, teens fellowship, learn, and grow in their walks with Christ
OTHER ACTIVITIES
KidZone -- Sunday morning worship for kids K-6th grade with music, communion, preaching/teaching, and more, led by the Youth Minister with the help of the teens
Kid's Choir -- each year at Easter and Christmas, the children in K-6th grades put on a musical production
Teen Drama -- 7th-12th graders also do a dramatic production at Easter and Christmas each year
Mission/Service Opportunities -- throughout the year, our teens, children, and families are offered outreach and mission opportunities, including periodic mission trips
UPWARD SPORTS
Each winter, we offer UPWARD Basketball and Cheerleading for ages 4 through 5th grade throughout our community. It is a wonderful sports program based on Christian principles that fosters learning and teamwork in a wholesome environment.
